About the event

You have to stay at home and probably a wellness holiday is the last thing on your mind at the moment. But oh, how you could use some pampering and a little ME time. So since you cannot come to us, let us come to you!! Let your Oorjayii help you with some at-home-wellbeing.  Oorjayii Yoga School has developed this online cleansing weekend retreat which you can follow from the comfort of your own home. Two and a half days of focused time on your body and mind. We guide you through a 3 day Detox plan supported by daily yoga sessions, breathing exercises and DIY foot massages. A short detox helps the body to eliminate toxins in the body, it increases your energy levels and improves your mental alertness. The yoga and breathing exercises help you to find your way inwards and obtain inner calm and peace of mind. Exactly what we need these days!  There is place for 10 participants and the yoga and guidance sessions will be with all participants at the same time through a live connection, so even though you are alone, you will not feel alone! We do this TOGETHER! And why not ask you partner or adult kids to join you...  Before the start of the program you will receive the special Oorjayii Detox & Yoga guide book full with information about the program. The program starts on Friday afternoon and ends on Sunday evening. There will be yoga and meditation sessions and 3 guidance sessions. All recipes will be send to you together with a grocery check-list and clear instructions, so we will make it as easy as possible for you to prepare your own juices, smoothies and soups. 

This program includes:

  • 4x Online Yoga session (60 minutes)

You can follow this retreat from the comfort of your own home. You will need a quiet place where you can follow the online sessions. You will need a laptop or tablet with good internet connection and a yoga mat. For the juices you need a juicer, however if you do not have a juicer we will give you alternative recipes for smoothies for which you need a blender.

FRIDAY:

Make sure you are well prepared (grocery list check-list done, a note book and pen prepared, tongue scraper, etc)

16:00                   Introduction and first breathing exercise

17:00 - 18:30       Online transformative yoga class with yoga Nidra relaxation

18:30 - 19:30       Online Guidance session

 20:00                   Pre-detox soup

SATURDAY:

Wake-up and start with the day with cleansing morning ginger and lemon tea + morning pages (optional)

08:00 - 09:00      Online transformative yoga class; Sun salutation

09:00                   Juice or Smoothie

09:30 - 10:30      (Nature) walk

11:00                   Juice

11:30 -12:30        Online guidance session

12:30                    DIY face pack (optional)

14:00                   Juice or Smoothie

14:00 – 15:00      DIY foot massage (optional)

17:00                   Soup

18:30 - 19:30      Online Yin class with Guided Meditation

20:00                   Juice or Smoothie

SUNDAY:

Wake-up and start with the day with cleansing morning ginger and lemon tea + morning pages (optional)

08:00 - 09:00      Online transformative yoga class; Moon salutation and cycles of change

09:00                   Juice or Smoothie

09:30 - 10:30      (Nature) walk

11:00                   Juice

11:30                   Online guidance session. Time for questions, sharing and breathing exercise

14:00                   Juice or Smoothie

14:00 – 15:00      DIY foot massage (optional)
