Get guidance with others to express your fears and how they have changed your life  and find together the keys how to get control again over your mind and soul.

FRIDAY: Day 1

Make sure you are well prepared (grocery list check-list done, a note book and pen prepared, tongue scraper, etc)

17:00 - 18:30       Online transformative yoga class with yoga Nidra relaxation

18:30 - 19:30       Online Guidance session with breathwork
