Barefoot Walking

Hearing the sound of birds, feeling the cold breeze touching your skin, strolling on the ground barefoot, when the sun is sparkling above you and water is streaming between your toes. How do u feel?

The reason to feel beautiful is that nature has healing properties, most of the times while wandering into the nature we neglect to walk shoe-less . Do you always wear shoes outdoor? In spite of the fact that shoes shield your feet from unsafe objects, or the climate yet there's a reason behind why wearing shoes isn't always beneficial. When we wear shoes we don't receive energy from the earth. For anyone who doesn't know, we need to absorb the electrons from  the earth in order to balance out each part of our body with the earth’s electrical current.

Board-certified podiatrist and foot surgeon Dr. Bruce Pinker says shoes  can prevent you from using certain muscle groups that can actually strengthen your body.

“While walking barefoot sounds like the perfect option, there are dangers that ought to be considered as well,"

What are the potential dangers of walking and exercising barefoot?

Walking barefoot in your house is relatively safe. But when you head outside, you expose yourself to potential risks and can lead to injury from the terrain (like rough or wet surfaces or issues with temperature, or other sharp objects on the ground). Hence this could be dangerous and may lead to injuries if you have spent much of your life in shoes.

You also take the chance of exposing your feet to harmful bacteria or infections when you walk barefoot, especially outside.

So how should you properly walk and exercise barefoot?

Before you ditch your shoes in favor of a more natural approach to walking and exercise, there are a few things to consider.

*Start it slow buddy

You need to be patient and start with short 15- to 20-minute sessions of walking barefoot in indoors.

Don't Don't Don't directly hop into running, first let your bare feet get used to the safe surfaces in your house. or flat . Allow your feet and ankles to adapt to the new environment. As your feet get used to walking without shoes, you can increase the distance and time.

*Ease up if you feel any new pain or discomfort.

*Practice on safe surfaces

Once you’ve mastered the indoors, try walking on outside surfaces that are less dangerous, such as  rubber  tracks, turf, sandy beaches, and grass.

*You may want to consider using a minimalist shoe before going completely barefoot.

*Experiment with balancing asanas.

*Try an activity that requires you to be barefoot. Take advantage of activities that are already performed barefoot, like yoga, Pilates, or martial arts.

*Examine your feet for injury. Every day examine the bottom of your feet for injury, as many have reduced sensation in their feet.

More strenuous activities such as barefoot running or hiking should not be incorporated until you’ve spent adequate time preparing your feet for this type of activity.

If you have pain in your heels after resting or have pain when you walk, you may need to go back to supportive shoes and start slowly again when your feet have healed.

The bottom line.Going barefoot while walking and exercising has benefits, as long as you follow the safety precautions and participate in moderation.

In the event that you have any worries about your very own safety or foot well being, it's a good idea to converse with your doctor before exposing your bare feet to nature for an extended period of time. before uncovering your exposed feet to nature for an all-encompassing time-frame.
